Campus Events is a university department supported by student fees, which creates, plans, and executes high profile events for the campus community. Events include the Distinguished Speaker Series, the Courtyard Music Series, Open Mic Nights, the Miss Georgia State University Scholarship Pageant, Georgia State University Night at the Aquarium, and many additional special events.

Cooperative education is a full time, paid, rotational, field-based experience that is a critical component of a student’s academic program.
Counseling & Testing Center
The CTC provides a range of services to facilitate the social-emotional adjustment of students who encounter stresses that interfere with personal development, adjustment to university life, and academic success.
Dean of Students
The Office of the Dean of Students provides quality, comprehensive programs and services for a diverse student population that promote achievement, empowerment, engagement/involvement, and effective citizenship.
The Office of Disability Services (ODS) coordinates services available for and provides information upon request to students with disabilities.
The Greek community at Georgia State University has a long, rich tradition of fostering student involvement and development.

New Student Orientation
New Student Orientation is the official Georgia State University new undergraduate student orientation program. It is required for new freshman and strongly encouraged for new transfer students. Our programs are designed to introduce you to the unique world of Georgia State University and prepare you to make the most of both your academic and co-curricular experiences.
Parent Relations is dedicated to encouraging mutual understanding and facilitating communication between families, students, and the university.
Recreational Services offers over 150 unique programs each semester. Choices include intramurals, sport clubs, aerobics, personal training, outdoor trips, aquatic activities, and much, much more.
Spotlight Programs Board
Spotlight Programs Board is a university sponsored “student-driven” organization that coordinates activities to enhance and enrich the quality of student life at Georgia State University.
Known as the campus meeting place, the Student*University Center is a centrally located and convenient place for Georgia State University students, faculty, and staff to study, eat, attend a meeting, and learn about campus life.
The Student Government Association is the official voice for the entire student population at Georgia State University. The Student Government Association is both honored and privileged to have the opportunity to promote the interests of the students to the university community.
Student Health Clinic
The Health Clinic offers high quality primary and urgent care services provided by a Board Certified Family Practice Physician and Certified Nurse Practitioners. These services include but are not limited to, immunizations, physicals, gynecologic exams, STD and HIV testing.
Student Health Promotion
Student Health Promotion promotes events, activities, programs, and community partnerships, empowering Georgia State University students to make informed, healthier choices.
